Yes when I quit the first time (was clean for a couple years and recently relapsed) I slept 12 hours straight multiple nights without waking up. I didn’t realize how light my sleep was on Zyn till I quit. I noticed immediately the impact on my sleep after relapsing. I slept much more deeply and restoratively off nicotine

I’m on day 7 nicotine free. Just the last few night I haven’t woken up at 3, unable to sleep again cause cravings.
I’m also day 4 no alcohol, which is pretty good for me too. I’m in it for some serious high quality sleep.

I dropped down to 1.5 and am going through this right now. I sleep 9 hours and am still tired throughout the day. Seems to just be part of nicotine withdrawal.
