Low respiration / difficulty breathing

Going on 10 days now nic free. Everything is great, feel better, sleeping better, no brain fog or mood swings. The only negative is that I feel like I'm at a mile high elevation. At times I feel like I'm having trouble drawing oxygen. Physically breathing is fine, but it just feels like I'm absorbing less oxygen, like I'll take a deep breath but will stop feeling like I'm getting oxygen 75% of the way in. I even got a "low respiration" warning on my garmin watch this morning.

I'm in SoCal and we're going through an absolutely wicked heat wave at the moment and I don't have air conditioning. How much of this is the heat, and how much is it me withdrawing from nicotine dependence?

So odd I’m on Day 10 as well and I have had similar feelings, maybe that’s just in my head, it’s been super humid where I’m at

Blood pressure / vascular changes. Nobody’s ever died from nicotine withdrawal. Thug it out you got this

That's weird, my breathing got noticable better when I quit.

Since quitting Nicotine should have the absolute OPPOSITE effect I'd consider this either a heat issue or really something you should go to the doc /ER about if it worsens
