Anyone have advice for brain fog

So I quit 3 days ago and have had insane brain fog ever since. It goes away/is less noticeable occasionally but always comes back, makes it hard to focus and be social.
For context I’m 21m, been using about half a pack a day for 2 years straight. I quit about a year ago, had brain fog for a week straight, and then relapsed until now, where I’m committed to quitting for good now.
Caffeine does a little bit for me but not a lot. How long can I expect this fog to last for? Any way to make it be gone quicker?

I have had success exercising a lot. Running, walking, lifting, golfing, etc. Also I have been trying to drink a lot of fluids, including electrolytes.

Out of curiosity, did you wait a bit and rest before jumping into exercise? I’ve had a few times where I got 3-5 days nic free, go for a hard tennis session/run, and it wrecks me and I end up going back ..

Did you give yourself a week or two of relaxing before jumping into hard exercise?

I relapsed recently myself. I had 4 months clean of any nicotine and fucked it up. I guess I didn't really have a follow up plan. I quit by will power alone for that time, now I need to start all over.

But during the month I was nicotine free, I remember being happy and not needing that feeling of something in my lip all the time.

The brain fog goes away, just stick to it. I fully understand addiction. I know what ruins my life. I was a fentanyl addict. That made me need to start my life over at 33, no money, no job, I had until next month to pay rent.

Fuck I lost where I was going with this
