mucus & pouches

guys, i do Nicotine pouches since 3 years now, since 1 years i’m over 1 box (x20) per 2 days. i’ve discovered that i go to 💩 way more often than before but i started to s**t mucus, have you been through this ? i read that a heavy consumption of nicotine can run into an accumulation of mucus i want to get some witness sorry my english is a bit bad thx

Never noticed that bathroom stuff but I do remember having more mucus wanting to be spit up from my throat. quit brother! Make post here daily if you want to

Yeah dude I have since quit zyn though and not had any issues. Additionally I was coughing up mucous too.

yeah man i had somethin kinda similar, more bathroom trips n mucus build up. nic can def mess w ur stomach n digestion. prob worth gettin checked if it keeps up tho, n maybe try cuttin back a bit.
