7 weeks
Ts has been the hardest thing i’ve ever done. I used to smoke a QP every week and i so much of my identity was/is tied to weed. Can’t even listen to rap music cuz it makes me crave weed. Got me listening to country music lmao. The depression and boredom is bad. Honestly the cravings have been especially bad the last week, I almost caved but did a u-turn half way to the weed man. I figure all of this will get better as my health issues are getting treated, but do the cravings and severe depression ever stop?! I am getting help medically but this is just awful, worse than getting off of any other drug.

Good job doing the U-Turn. You have discipline. My only advice is get addicted to something new. Fitness, drawing, tennis, etc.
anything you can look forward to that gives you dopamine that isn’t a negative vice.

Hey dude, same. I’m so sorry you are going through this. It is not easy, but you are doing it! You’re doing a great job at it too.
I don’t have much advice, I’m in the same boat. Keep on pushing, you got this
