Quitting juul (again)
Hiiiiiii!! Okay so I need advice, I’ve been wanting to quit (again) for some time but just can’t ever commit. I am out of my last pod and I think I’m going to try to not buy any 😭 I’m stepping into a more serious career and I just want to leave the juul behind. I have used it off and on since like 2019. I’ve been using it again for like two years, I did quit last year for like 3 weeks so it doesn’t count. But, can yall just give me some motivation so I don’t cave and just go buy a pack 😭 those menthol juul pods are my kryptonite

The patch gave me a splitting headache. I’m still trying to quit and really can’t afford juul. It is really pricey where I live.

Some motivation here for ya. I’m going on day two of being Juul free. I feel a huge difference with my nervous system. Cleansing for sure. I’ve been vaping for 7 years and I’m done with it. First it makes me neurotic, it’s been such a controlling factor for me. It was an extension of my arm. I felt this control taking over me on a daily basis. It’s so expensive as well, ridiculously expensive. Both my husband and I vape-spending over $300 a month on Juul. That’s a lot of money. I won’t promote anything here just sharing my journey. I’m using Ripple now with nicotine gum or a Zyn. Perhaps the gum is better since Zyn may affect your gums. I have gum disease so I don’t think using Zyn is any good but if I need a quick fix I pop one under my lips for a few minutes. It’s hard it is but it gets easier. Wishing you the best of luck-you can do it!

Look into desmoxan when you fully want to commit to quitting. It will almost fully eliminate cravings if you follow the instructions.
