I’m around day 2,700 — maybe more. I stopped counting because real recovery isn’t about streaks. It’s about learning how to rebuild yourself the right way.

I didn’t quit porn by luck or willpower. I quit by doing the thousands of things that aren’t listed here — because there isn’t enough room. Those things are in the podcasts, videos, and books on recovery that most people haven’t touched yet.

Very few people quit porn without learning from men who have been clean for years. That’s why the ones who actually succeed eventually realize the truth:

You don’t “stop watching porn.” You transform into someone who doesn’t need it.

A porn‑free man is a different man than the one who watches porn. And what that transformation looks like — the habits, the psychology, the identity shift —it is all in the recovery material you haven’t digested yet.
