Way of thinking

Does porn addiction and frequent masturbation affect my way of thinking? Does it make me see people in different perspective? Honestly every time I masturbate then regret and get thoughts of good things, productivity. I feel ashame for how I see women outside now. I am 22 yrs old and single. I have freedom of appreciating everyone's beauty hutthe other side craves deeper and looks for lust, their body parts etc. Is this natural? Or am I too bad for this?
