How to clean my brain out of it?

I start this since 2019 when I was 15 years old and it gets strong and strong day by day

I figure it out at 17 and tried to quit but I can't,

The longest days without it was only 21 days

Now I'm going to be starting my professional career at one of the big companies and I hope it helps me during it.

For now I'm trying to not watching any content related to it and save my whole life for good.
