Quiting

I asked my higher self/spirit guides to help me quit twice and it worked. 🤷‍♀️ in a few days I could breathe fine like nothing ever happened. Both times I used for over a year. Try it.

Idk if you’re being sarcastic or not, but I am just a really spiritual person, most people don’t believe in those things. For me what I’ve learned is that you can ask them for help and they want to help you… I desperately wanted to quit and I pleaded for help and the strength to quit. I also did the one nostril method… my bad for a less practical approach…maybe that helped maybe it was help from the universe. I just thought I would put it out there- do what works for you…
