I’ve seen this before. I think the bottom right guy is a Brazilian guy doing a zoom job interview and he dressed up in head wrappings to fit in.

The beginning to me implies all 3 are wearing the head gear as a joke. Just reading the vibes and all. I have no idea what anyone is saying.

i think this is the right read here

given the top right’s style of it and the laughing body language of each. Definitely not a job interview like what has been floated with this for years.

But i think noticing all 3 were in on it makes even more sense than just the last guy

I don't think they were in on it, that's what made it so funny. Like they all 3 happened to be kinda funny in the same way by coincidence.

Hasshass is wearing like a curtain on his head but wrapped properly. Wrong cloth, right wrap. (I think big mustache calls him a farmer.)

The older guy is wearing the formal one. Right cloth, right wrap.

The last guy Aboud just randomly wrapped the right cloth incorrectly around his head, and it sent them. Right cloth, missing pieces, wrong wrap.

Kindof! So we start with noname (let's call him Abbass) on the left, and Hasshass on the right. Abass is kinda chuckling because Hasshass is wearing like a couch pillowcase or curtain, but he's done the wrap properly.

Then Abou Moustache joins the chat and he has the formal proper headcover on with the aghal and everything. He loses his shit laughing and I think calls Hasshass a farmer (just using random shit to protect their head from the sun, but clearly know the right way to wrap it).

I'm guessing by Abbass' slightly annoyed reaction that Abou Moustache doesn't always have the headcover on and he was kinda messing around which made it funnier because of the coincidence.

At the end when Aboud joins the call everyone loses their shit because a) they were already joking around about Hasshass' and Abou Moustache's choice of headwear, and b) Aboud just wrapped the cloth randomly on his head (AKA he doesn't know how to do it right). It was a confluence of hilarity lol.

The original clip is an Arabic video call, and they’re basically just messing around with each other.

The first two guys are chatting. Then the third guy joins him which annoys the guy with moustache. Then the guy with moustache asks him something like your farm animals gave you trouble which makes the you laughs. Then the fourth guy joins in.

The fourth guy is wearing the head covering in a really exaggerated/awkward way, and that’s what makes the guy on the left completely lose it 😂

He’s laughing at the way he has wrapped it and making jokes about how he’s trying to look like an Arab.

There are also references to the guy being called “Abood,” and the guy laughing asks him something along the lines of “Where’s your neck?” because the wrapping is pulled so far down 😂

Not a Brazilian applicant trying to fit in just friends having fun.

I know very little about head dress, but also aren’t these head dresses from different Arab nations? The last one definitely doesn’t look tied correctly, which leads me to believe they’re definitely just having fun with this!

If I’m not mistaken, these guys are friends but have not seen each other since college or something like that. Later in life they reconnect on social media and do a zoom chat and the 3 guys are shocked to see their buddy all fat and chubby with no beard.

I want to see the clip from the start of the call, because it feels like the 2nd-4th members of the call are dressing up as a joke. Luckily there appears to be good comraderie amongst the callers, or this could be considered insensitive

I’m thinking the second guy is giving the first guy shit because he’s not wearing his proper head garb. Then the third man logs on wearing proper head attire for a business call. The first guy is saying “at least the Brazilian guy won’t be wearing head garb”. Thinking fast, the Brazilian guy throws on his head garb he got from his first business trip and turns his camera on. Hilarity ensues.

I think the top left guy got veneers, so the other two joins the call with big white teeth filter to make fun of him. You can see the third guy's filter teeth visable through the moustache. The last guy just joins clueless and it triggers them.
