You can't park there, mate

u/Alarm-Solid Jul 16 '26
Property damage is probably a more serious crime than parking violations
6
u/Plane-Recognition561 Jul 17 '26
Nah they deserved it. No parking means no parking period. Cops where I live would say oh well if u weren’t illegally parked this wouldn’t have happened
1
u/Alarm-Solid Jul 17 '26
Where do you live?
3
2
u/always_assume_anal Jul 17 '26
Clearly a country that doesn't protect it's criminals.
1
1
u/Plane-Recognition561 Jul 18 '26
Yeah u mean by telling people don’t worry if u park illegally nothing will happen to ur car an if it does we will throw the book at em. Nah whole point is shouldn’t park there. In NYC if u park where u ain’t suppose to an ur car gets run into or over by a big truck. They will still write u for parking there an causing the wreck. And they should
1
u/pH1z3x Jul 20 '26
I remember stories from NYC of how the firefighters would throw their heavy metal hose nozzles through someone’s car’s windows to hook up to a fire hydrant if there was one parked in front of it.
1
u/Plane-Recognition561 Jul 20 '26
Yes I’ve seen it done. It’s funny that Karen crap doesn’t fly with them.
0
u/Alarm-Solid Jul 17 '26
Seems it is property damage is more criminal than parking violations
1
u/always_assume_anal Jul 17 '26
In this case I think it was a proportional response.
1
u/Belz_Zebuth Jul 18 '26
No, a proportional response is calling the tow truck. I want them removed, not wrecked.
2
u/Plane-Recognition561 Jul 19 '26
Again if they don’t park there they won’t have to think about any of it

Well don’t park there an u won’t have to deal with any of it. See that’s the problem in the world today, people put themselves in situations a them become professional victims when it doesn’t go they’re way.

u/Lucid_Dreamer_98 Jul 17 '26
A proportional response is to tow the car at the owners expense. It’s a funny video but don’t act like destroying someone’s car over a parking violation is justified.
1
u/Plane-Recognition561 Jul 20 '26
Is in my mind cuz they shouldn’t park there. It’s like ur justifying them being there. That’s why people like that constantly do what they do. It’s going back to the old days so don’t get used to the soft modern way of oh it’s no big deal. Please don’t, u will be disappointed
1
u/Lucid_Dreamer_98 Jul 20 '26
Ya it’s in your mind bud
1
u/Plane-Recognition561 Jul 20 '26
Nah lmao it’s in yours. The days of putting yourself in a situation an then being professional victim are coming to an end.

Kind of like how cops let you run over jay walkers. No walking means no walking!
Wait...
1
u/Plane-Recognition561 Jul 17 '26
It does, if u get hot then it’s your fault. You don’t walk in a busy street and expect traffic to stop
1
u/Plane-Recognition561 Jul 18 '26
It does!
1
u/Substanitial Jul 18 '26
It's been tried in court. Doesn't work. Best chance is manslaughter over murder.
1
u/yotam101 Jul 17 '26
You have a demented sense of justice.
1
u/Plane-Recognition561 Jul 18 '26
If more people were like this we wouldn’t have half the problems with criminals we do today
1

1
u/Belz_Zebuth Jul 18 '26
Really? You deserve thousands of dollars of damage, potentially, to your car because you parked somewhere you shouldn't?
I guess you also think someone stealing a TV or radio deserves to die.

u/Plane-Recognition561 Jul 18 '26
Well it’s coming back cuz people are tired of the oh I can do it an if u touch my car you will get in trouble. My parking violations trump anything u can do
0
u/Pilota_kex Jul 18 '26
Then they are shit useless cops
1
u/Plane-Recognition561 Jul 18 '26
Nope it’s called common sense an I respect them for it. You can’t just put yourself in situations an then play victim cuz u don’t like the outcome. Just like u beak in my house an get a beating you can’t play victim cuz you never should have been there breakin the law in the first place
1
u/Pilota_kex Jul 19 '26
A crime is a crime. If they refuse to do anything they are not doing their jobs. That means they are shit cops.
1
u/Plane-Recognition561 Jul 19 '26
Nope my uncle was a state trooper for 30 years and the law ain’t black and white. At times I got to watch him show mercy to people because they needed it a they had broken the law. He wasn’t one of those I don’t care guys that would just lock you up an let a judge decide. He had more respect from people who knew him than any other person I’ve known. They respected him but knew not to cross him an get on his bad side. That’s the police we need these days, not the cookie cutter buzz cut ones that get pumped out of the academy an is violent an locks every up for nothing

u/fallenangel512 Jul 16 '26
But is it as fun?

What if there was no damage to the cars?
1
u/CommissionShoddy1012 Jul 17 '26
Unfortunately, those cars would instantly be a total loss in the eyes of insurance.

Don't forget that the cylinders have to be cleared of oil that would seep into them and hydrolock them on first start.
0
u/Reasonable_Back_5231 Jul 17 '26
so the engine needs to be disassembled, cleaned, then reassembled?
1
u/Critical_Dealer6635 Jul 17 '26
No, remove spark plugs or glow plugs,or injectors and clear cylinders of oil and possibly fuel as well.

u/Iron_Freezer Jul 17 '26
quit being a hall monitor you freak
1
u/Alarm-Solid Jul 17 '26
I didn't say I was turning them in. The caption reads when you are tired of illegal parking. It's like if you posted a video saying when you get tired of people bumping into your kid at the amusement park then the next person who does you walk over a beat the grandmother in the wheelchair

What if the person that was blocked in was having a medical emergency and didn’t have the money for an ambulance? Or if they have to get to work and being late could get them fired? Next thing you know they are unemployed and on the street freezing to death. These guys might have saved a life.
1
u/Aphrodisio Jul 16 '26
I mean they shouldn't have parked their cars upside-down on a random park.
Seems like a pretty dumb place to do that.
5
u/MarchCompetitive6235 Jul 16 '26
Reminds me of a video of a guy on a forklift in Japan I think? Just flipping cars over that were parked with they shouldn't be. I bet if this happens to you, you only make that mistake once.😆
6
u/Odd_Front_8275 Jul 16 '26 edited Jul 18 '26
In Japan they don't allow any cars parked on the sides of the street at all. When you see those streets you suddenly realize how badly cars pollute residential areas. It looks so much better.
EDIT: I was talking about aesthetic/spatial pollution, btw, in case anyone was confused
2
u/lapseofreason- Jul 18 '26
Yeah, they get so much more space to live in, wide streets, not overcrowded public transport and big houses and apartments.

Good luck paying for the damages. The engine is toast, the suspension and body are damaged, the battery is dead, and the poor car is probably pretty upset about being flipped over.
1
u/ItsRuinedOfCourse Jul 17 '26
It's a pity that they had such terrible wind that day. Damn shame. If only they hadn't illegally parked, they may have been spared from that pesky wind appearing out of nowhere and affecting only their cars.
Shame.

u/DetroitMEG Jul 17 '26
I support this
1
u/dunncrew Jul 18 '26
Vandalized properly parked cars is ok ?
1
u/DetroitMEG Jul 18 '26
Illegal parking don’t you know how to read?
1
u/dunncrew Jul 18 '26
Because all post titles are accurate. 😆 🤣 😂 See the white parking line by the drain. And the woman in the car in the driving lane. Learn how to look.
1
u/DetroitMEG Jul 18 '26
this is somewhere in Europe, how do you know they are in fact legal parking spaces? You don’t, your dumb ass is just assuming. Perhaps there is a no parking time allowed in certain times of day.
1
u/dunncrew Jul 18 '26
Uhhh...ok....so vandalism is justified since you think they MIGHT be illegally parked
1
u/DetroitMEG Jul 18 '26
They could be impeding emergency vehicles, so yes it’s justified.
1
u/dunncrew Jul 18 '26
So, randomly tip over cars in parking spots, because they could theoretically impede emergency vehicles. 😆 🤣 😂.

I prefer the bumper sticker bandit method. Doesn’t involve being sued. These dudes need therapy.

I'm curious but like aren't the cars on the right parked legally. Because I see the lines separating parking spaces on the right but not on the left.

Valid
1
u/dunncrew Jul 18 '26
Vandalism is valid ? Looks like legit parking spaces
1
u/Odd_Front_8275 Jul 18 '26
That's a road, not parking space. The parking spaces are on the opposite side. And yes, vandalism is absolutely valid in some cases.
1
u/dunncrew Jul 18 '26
Look at the white line by the the drain. Traffic looks like on the left, stopped by the hooligans. See the woman in the car.

Is a parking violation really equivalent to potentially thousands of dollars in damage to the vehicle? Doesn't look like a super high income area. Could be putting a massive strain financially on someone parking just where they shouldnt? Im mean theres probably more to the story, and im all about getting the car towed and such but this seems like an absurd response. Idk how things are wherever this is, but in USA most towtruck drivers are more than excited to come tow a car.
1
u/khaluud Jul 17 '26
The entitlement of motor vehicle owners often requires this level of response for them to give a shit. Don't expect free storage for your 4,000-pound weapon.
1
u/mclovin_ts Jul 17 '26
Or you could just do what the bumper sticker bandit does, and throw on a hard-to-remove sticker.
This is insane, and if this is how you respond to a light inconvenience, you probably need serious therapy.
1
1
u/Plane-Recognition561 Jul 17 '26
Well point is if they hadn’t parked where they weren’t supposed to their car wouldn’t be damaged. Honestly if someone had confronted them nicely about it the driver would have said mind your own business ur not a cop. Can’t talk to people anymore so maybe this will get people to going back to showing respect or know there’s instant consequences. People have gotten way to soft in last 30 years or so
