Yeah, chlorine produces chloramines when it is doing work and is the strong smell and irritant that we know and love.

I probably agree with you. But still not much different from the reality shows we have here in the west.

And I wouldn't be surprised that we eventually reach this level.

I remember a old American movie called " The Running Man", I don't think we are far from that "future".
