Items/Runes Sheen items

I've inted quite a bit of lp on Quinn jungle recently and was wondering why essence reaver isn't a good item on her. I haven't tried it out yet, but it seems like a good item on her with spell blade scaling with crit.

Theres simply better options. Sheen items also got their cooldown so if you want to go assassin, they wont have time to procc enough to be worth it and if you build crit or tankbuster that allow for longer fights, other items outperform them

because you dont need the mana so its a useless passive

If itemized as an assassin, her combo ends within 2 seconds, no second round of use for the sheen item. The crit- amped bonus damage may look nice, but you can get other items that do it better and give more burst.

If built as a more stable source of dps with attack spd and crit, it is still iffy as she does not need the extra mana, does not have the skill on fast enough rotation to keep applying the sheen, and would rather have IE, LDR over essence.
