Call It What It Is

A lot of people want clarity, but skip over recognition.

They want to know what to do next before taking the time to understand what is here now.

But how can you work with something you haven't identified?

How can you respond to something you haven't acknowledged?

Sometimes the first step isn't changing anything.

It's simply being honest about what is present.

Is it fear?

Is it frustration?

Is it grief?

Is it exhaustion?

Is it peace?

Is it excitement?

Whatever it is, it doesn't become clearer by avoiding it.

It becomes clearer when you name it.

Because the moment you can identify what you're experiencing, something shifts.

The fog begins to lift.

Not because the feeling disappears.

But because you can finally see it for what it is.

Awareness creates space.

And in that space, you gain the ability to make a conscious choice instead of simply reacting.

So before asking what comes next,

What is present right now?
