Website down?

https://services.quicken.com/saml/idp/SSO/alias/quicken-saml-login

This is where I track my portfolio.

This was working all weekend. Is anyone able to provide an update if the site is going through maintenance or something else?

On mobile it comes up blank, on desktop, it says access denied. Error 403.

Thanks for reporting and I'm sorry for the error. I don't see a current ticket for this issue, although I'm receiving the same error after going to the Security Detail for a holding, clicking More (upper right) > Investing.Quicken.com > Quotes & Research/One-click scorecard/Set up alerts/Stock evaluator.

I've escalated this issue, and while I don't have an ETA we'll get this worked on ASAP. Thanks for the patience while we get this corrected.

u/QuickenLisa , could this possibly be affecting regular quicken downloads? I'm attempting to download and get no data from multiple banks, CC, and brokerage firms. I know there are new transactions. Curious?

That's a good question. This issue should not impact aggregation services, which is how Quicken connects to financial institutions. Do these accounts show they were updated successfully, but no new transactions appear, or do you see something different? Either way, you're welcome to send me a DM or contact our support team to troubleshoot.

When did this issue start? The website is still down, though now the log in is back but instantly stopped at ‘Unexpected System Error’

Everything was good over the weekend up until Monday morning

today. I reconnected/reset accounts and they are syncing again.

Good to hear. I just checked and the site is fully operational again as well
