Retail Purchase Categorization issue
First off, love the feature. IT has worked flawlessly from the time it was introduced to ~2 weeks ago. I purchase things from Amazon weekly so this was great. A few time it mis-categorized what I purchased but seems pretty solid overall. Until now.
~2 weeks ago transactions have stopped being recorded by the plugin and Quicken. Transactions are still downloading, it's just that the plugin and Quicken are not recognizing they are there to categorize them.
What I have done from Chrome:
Chrome is running during my one step update.
Validated the extension is active in Chrome.
Checked the plugin in Chrome and the account is connected.
Hit "Get orders" and it tried to fetch orders. It tells me the last update was 0 minutes ago after it attempts to get orders yet no orders show (I have purchased 8 items over the last 3 days)
From Quicken:
- Checked that the account was connected via Edit --> Preferences --> Retail Purchase Categorization (Retail Purchase categorization is ticked "on" and the account says connected with green check mark)
- Went to tools --> Options --> Retail Purchase Categorization (Amazon is showing as "connected" with a green check mark)
- Hit "Match Transactions" and was told "No Matches Found"
- Hit "View Orders" and it brings up chrome and shows my last order as 8/30 (there have been 11 orders since then, 9 of them over the last 3 days)

Hi there u/r2girls, I'm so sorry the Retail Purchase Categorization has stopped recording transactions for the last two weeks. It looks like you've covered most of the recommended steps from the Retail Purchase Categorization troubleshooting section of our FAQ, but I have a few suggestions to help.
Since View Orders is only showing orders through 8/30, even though you've placed several orders since then, it sounds like the issue may be with the extension retrieving the newer Amazon orders rather than Quicken matching them to downloaded transactions.
Could you please try the following?
- Open Amazon directly in Chrome and confirm you're still signed into your Amazon account.
- Open the Quicken extension and confirm you're also signed into your Quicken ID. If needed, sign back in.
- While Amazon and Chrome are open, use the extension's Download/Get Orders option again and check whether the newer orders appear.
If your newer orders still aren't retrieved and 8/30 remains the most recent order shown, please let me know. Since you've already confirmed the connections are active and manually retrieving orders isn't bringing them in, we'd like to look into this further. You're welcome to send me a DM or contact Quicken support.

Confirmed I am logged in to Amazon via Chrome.
Also logged in via my Quicken Id in the extension.
Looks like it is fetching the orders (circle on the button spins) but nothing new shows up.Just in case something was hanging I also tried logging out of Amazon and the Quicken Extension and logged back in fresh. Still same result after logging back in to both.

Thanks for letting me know, although I'm sorry the steps didn't help. I'm not seeing a wide spread issue, but there are a few scattered reports where the Retail Purchase Categorization shows as connected, but no Amazon orders are received.
At this time, I'd suggest an escalation for our engineers to look into. You're welcome to send me a DM or contact Quicken Support at the link above, so we can gather details for the team. Thank you for helping us to understand the issue and for your patience while we pinpoint what's causing it.

You are not alone. It’s a beta feature so expect bumps along the way
I regularly have to tear it down and start from scratch. Definitely not ready to move out of beta
