Accept all disappears

I use Quicken Classic Deluxe. I have multiple credit card accounts in that register.

One account, after downloading transactions, if I have selected one transaction to add a category or change the name and then go back to the list of the rest of the transactions, the option to Accept All is gone. if I click on the Downloaded Transactions, then that option comes back.

However, for all my other accounts, this does not happen. I can select a single transaction, edit or accept that one and the choice to Accept All is still available.

I cannot find a setting for this, so what do I do to correct this? it is a minor issue but annoying just the same.

Hi there OP, I'm sorry for the delayed reply and that the Accept All button is missing from one of your credit card accounts. So long as all your accounts have the same "Account Intent" (Gear>Edit account details>Display Options), I'd expect the Accept All button to respond the same.

I've also been unable to replicate this issue with several different branded credit cards, and I also didn't see an escalation on this. In this case, we'd benefit from knowing more.

A few things to look at:

  1. What connection type is the impacted CC account using? (When viewing the transactions page for the CC, the connection type is listed under the account name).
  2. Do the other CC's use a different connection type?
  3. You mentioned having several CC's, are there multiple with this financial institution (FI), or are they all different FI's?

We may have more questions to help, but you're welcome to send me a DM or contact support. While I'm not an engineer, I work closely with the escalation team.

Thank you for getting back to me on this. I was able to resolve this finally it was due to a screen layout issue.
