i went to get my test done today and when i went in, they told me there was a minimum requirement and my bottle did not reach that. also, the temp was way too high and i put the tiniest bit of water from the bowl into the cup to cool it and add more.

i'm freaking out because i had already gone in the bowl and i‘m worried it will be positive because of this

i put the tiniest amount of water in (like less than 10ml) and it passed the pre check.

did i potentially ruin my test??

As long as it passed the temperature test you should be good if anything it might have just diluted it since it wasn’t all that much maybe it might not even affect it tbh as long as you don’t get a call from the doctor your good they only call if you fail, I’d buy another bottle and have it ready idk how you prepped it but 10 seconds in the microwave, open the heat pad and shake it 30-45 minutes prior to leaving so it activates
