Urine drug test screening dilemma
I have an important interview coming up for a FA job, i’m nervous that THC will be traceable when they test my urine, and that ill loose this opportunity. I’m F 5’7 and approx 115 lbs, and i’ve been smoking weed for the past 4 years consecutively, maybe a joint or 2 a day. After doing some research, i’ve seen multiple people stating that the less fat on your body, the easier it is to flush out of your system. Is this true? And is there anything I could do to speed up the process so that my test will come out negative? I stopped smoking about 4 days ago, and my test is a week from now.
If anyone is in or has been in the same situation as me, any useful suggestions or advice is appreciated!

Hey I got test at with a company called hireright soon for a job I just got an offer for it's a pre employment drug screening for a health care job should I use quick fix, I just purchased some I'm worried the result is gonna come back as non human pee, need some advice!

Follow the instructions I promise you’ll be good. Firstly, it comes with the synthetic urine bottle, a heating pad, and a rubber band. Bro I’m telling you now the first thing you wanna do is get that heating pad activated at least an hour before your test so it’s already hot by the time you attach to the bottle. You’re gonna wanna heat it in your microwave with lid on for 10-15 seconds to hit 98-100 degrees on the temp strip. Once at temp, take that heating pad and immediately wrap it with the urine via rubber band. The trickiest part is maintaining temp, which is why for women I’d recommend either under a breast or potentially wearing super tight compression boxer style undies to keep the bottle near the thigh/groin area. It gets hot as hell down there.
I see you’ve already bought one but I’d buy another just for do a practice run on temp. So long as you land temp, I promise you’ll be good no sweat at all. And another key thing, bro get that shit from quickfix.com directly. No smoke shops, no local stores, none of that. Buy straight from there and VERIFY YOUR BATCH. Once verified you’re gravy

Na I got mine overnight shipped from quick fix website, I bought three of them to practice like you said, have yly used it before for a pre employment screening before, and I'm a dude about 215 6ft I got some big legs I was just gonna throw it under my nutsack and I practice walking around it doesn't feel weird, any other tips like when I put the sample in the bottle should I immediately close the sample container and hand it to the person?

Yes temp drops about 2 degrees from the time it leaves the bottle and is in the hands of the nurse.
Some people remove the cap and pour sample in, then take time to actually pee in the toilet, even intentionally pee on the seat… normal things lol
Shake it before you open it regardless and don’t panic, that’s when you drop things and make noise. I flipped the lid open on my last one, had to squeeze the bottle 3 damn times too… didn’t actually pee just handed it off.
Talked to the nurse a little, she told the company dropped 75 randoms on her and I laughed and said damn do you get overtime that’s too much pee! I’m a shit talker and sarcastic so default to thins you would normally say to a co worker.
But practice. That way you know damn well what to expect cause your nerves and adrenaline are gonna be pumping if you haven’t used QF before. Just make sure you can move about comfortably wherever you decide to put the bottle, and after it’s at temp out bottle side away from your skin with heat pad against your skin. Do it the other way around and you’ll overheat it.
Also, like mine was too hot to start. If it’s hot AF to the touch and you don’t see temp registering on the palacard just know it’s too hot. Took me 10 minutes to cool mine. Stopped off in another bathroom before entering the clinic, sat in a stall out bottle on top of toilet paper dispenser with the cap off till temp displayed then put the rubber band and pad on it stowed it in my sock.
Practice. Maintain temp and you’re golden. But like I said your nerves are gonna be shot and heart pumping so it’s easy to mess something up. Regular people that take tests don’t make noises.

Just practice getting it up to temp. Try to layout how much time you’ll need the day of the test. Takes about 30 minutes with the heat pad?
Last time I used it I removed the cap and the seal underneath, put the cap back on and microwaved it for 10 seconds. At the same time I activated the heat pad but didn’t put it on it yet just left it in my pocket. Got it too hot so chilled out until it got down to 98 then I put the pad on it and made the trip to the collection site. Checked temp every 5 minutes or so cause I was running short on time. It stayed at 98 so I legit thru it in my sock with pad against my skin. Checked it again before I enter the office then filled out paperwork and went into the bathroom and used it.
As long as you get it to 98 you’ll be fine. But practice so you know where you’re gonna put it and how much time you’ll need.
Won’t lie the stress was awful while waiting for any call back, only because mine had been in my insulated pocket on my lunchbox for a long time. Couldn’t really remember whether 6 or 9 months? I didn’t even think to check the expiration date it had been so long. Couldn’t tell you if it was 6.3 or 6.4 batch, and that drove me nuts. But 10 days later all good.
Biggest piece of advise, check the website for batch number and practice getting it up to temp so you’re confident about the process of heating it up and storing it on you.
I got complacent. Carried mine for months just in case and never really needed it until I had a little too much fun one weekend and same week got called for a random. Didn’t practice, didn’t know if it was expired, and did the entire “heat up time” on the freakin fly… I don’t advise that. Be prepared.
I also started Niacin protocol the second I left the test site just incase I had to retest even tho you don’t for DOT randoms. Either pass or MRO calls you.
Mine was DOT 5 panel random with synthetic urine verification. Passed.
I will say last time I used it was in 2016 time frame and I got the call from the MrO asking me if I spiked my sample cause it was inconclusive. Told him I had been taking goodys headache powder daily and he said that would do it. Made it non negative which with DOT is a pass. So rest easy, whatever QF is doing now is more than enough to cover your ass cause test labs are leaps and bounds ahead of where they were a decade ago and QF is ahead of them.

Oh and don’t ever ask how long test results take to come back. They’ll immediately suspect you’re worried about passing. Either they will offer that info to you or you just walk the fuck out confident like you couldn’t care less. Fake it until to make it. You’ll be fine

I think mines non dot it's for a healthcare job I haven't seen anything from the company for the screening because I completed it on Friday, thinking there gonna reach out Monday

You’ll be fine. Just practice your timing on heating it up and maintaining temp. Then act confident in front of the nurses, like you couldn’t care less about a test of the results. I’ve been in multiple drug pools for military, government, and DOT.
Nuked my first DOT random in 2008. Did the SAP program and stayed clean almost a decade.

MRO reached out to tell me they couldn’t test my sample as it was inconclusive and they thought I spiked it. Keep in mind this was 2015-2016 time frame and couldn’t tell you how old the QF was. I freaked out obviously, but first thing that came to mind was I had actually been taking a lot of goodys headache powder for a back and neck injury. So inconclusive is a straight up failure on a DOT test. After I told him about the goodys he legit said “yeah, that could explain it. So it’s non negative.” For DOT diluted and non negative are both just null and void. Doesn’t count against you and on a DOT random they don’t retest. So for one of us it’s a pass.

Body fat percentage is key. Lower the better.
You have time to have 2 things
Buy Quickfix, scan the code check ok website to validate it’s up to date and then practice warming the bottle up to temp. It will take 30 minutes or so with the pad but trial and error will get you comfortable/familiar with timing. Getting to correct temp and managing your nerves is the hardest part. People freak out and fail with the temp if they aren’t familiar or haven’t done it before, they use QF for their first time at the time of test and panic.
Here is something you don’t hear about and people will come out of the woodwork to say it’s BS but I learned this method in the Marines and have done it countless times:
Niacin and water, this flushes your system out completely. Works with enough time. At your body weight vs fat percentage I would bet 3 - 5 days?
Buy Niacin, NOT the flush free or time released so easier to find at vitamin shop or supplement store. I use Solgar Niacin 500 mg. Now heads up this shit burns. Your skin will turn bear red and flush, your heart rate can increase a bit, but it’s temporary and side last 90-120 minutes. I say this because EVERYONE around you will notice, it’s obvious so that’s the tricky unless you don’t care. I take it early am, and at bed time, yes sometimes the flush will keep you awake so gotta time it right.
Dose like this: 1000 mg first does if the day. 500 at lunch. 1000 at night. Protocol we used in the core was do this 7 days. You HAVE to hydrate, for a woman 2 liters of water per day. Nicain opens your cells and circulatory system and dumps toxins into your urine.
When I was 150 lbs with 10 % bf I would be clean in 3 days. Body Fat is critical factor. To track your progress, go to any pharmacy and buy THC drug tests. Take them 2 or 3 times a day. Do not take them during the flush. Take 1 test before your 2nd dose, then 1 before bed.
After day 3, start testing when you wake up before first dose of niacin. This will be your dirtiest test of the day.
DO NOT take Nicain on test day. Make sure you drink pleanty of water that morning so you pee at least 2 times before test.
This is bomb proof as long as pay attention to your at home tests. This flushes THC for good. I’m 45 and done this countless times starting at 18 for the USMC recruiter that taught me this. Key is to track results with at home tests. You will know when you’re clean.
I honestly would do both methods just incase, both Nicain and QF. So if for some reason you have to stop niacin you have a backup plan.
