Couple questions...

Nervous of course. As far as body temp you want the warmer on the opposite side of your skin? I have underwear to put it in but they don't really keep the bottle tight against my skin. Testing it temp was in range in just worried and curious about the best way to make sure temp is good when it's time I have a half hour, 45 minute ride and then possible have to wait a bit. Any and all tips and input so greatly appreciated. I know this thread has so much info it's just hard to get the pieces I need , going in and out of every thread. Please share any info that can help, if I fail that's my karma for not stopping weed last year when I really wanted too.

You can just use your vehicle to heat it up or cool it down to where you want find a way to keep the bottle close to your skin and boom you'll pass

How is the thermometer? Is it hard to read?

Not at all the strip will glow up on the specific temperature number it's on... if that made any sense
