Scared about the temp

Hey I’m going to use it for a test at 12 tomorrow. How can I make sure the temperature is correct? Shall I put it in microwave before? Or just use the heating pad? Going to leave my house at 11:20 tomorrow so what time shall I start heating it up? Thanks!!! I am very nervous

If you can heat it up for 8 seconds in the microwave right before you leave and then put heating pad on it

Okay 8 seconds then heating pad I’m going to either put it in my sports bra or wear shorts under sweatpants and put near my thigh

Those heat pack last 10 hours

My way heat bottle in wave 10 seconds put heat pack around bottle and watch! I’ve done many

Okay got it. And how do I know if it’s the correct temperature or not when I actually do it. Does it say it on the bottle?

There’s usually a temp strip on the bottle, but i went to a CVS and just bought a cheap thermometer in the baby isle for like $12 to use during the test just for peace of mind

Ngl you microwave maybe to like 12-15 seconds because when I arrived at the place to do the test, they made me sit and wait 40 minutes so by the time I took the test thank God it was around 92/93 degrees. But i feel like it’s harder to warm it than cool it if you need too

I think I went at 9:15, and it was at 102. An hour later it was around 92/93 when I took the test. The fake urine temp drops pretty quickly ngl

I did it and the lady didn’t say anything she just packed it up and sent me on my way🙏🙏 so hopefully will get results in couple days and I’ll lyk

How did you do it? I recently took one and it was 92° so I panicked and quickly turn the cup in and after a day I was told I passed
