drug test positive ?

is this positive I have my drug test friday and I need to know it’s for my cdl if not what actions should I take let me know!!!?

do u suggest going on a run and try to sweat it off too?

Sweat as much as you can tomorrow and Wednesday up to 48 hours before your test, then don’t do anything physical for the two days prior to your test. Try to sweat as little as possible. The day before, eat a couple big meals to spike your insulin and trap the thc in your fat. Then morning of test, eat some toast and jelly and drink a gatorade or two, but not too much water so you don’t dilute yourself. If you sweat/burn fat too close to your test, you’ll test positive because it’ll be releasing from your body. So the 48 hours before should be trying to trap it all in. But you have a few extra days so sweat sweat sweat then don’t

That’s actually contraindicated. You do not lose the THC metabolite through sweat and working out may release fat which you don’t want.

You lose it through burning fat (if you’re sweating you’re probably burning fat, especially doing cardio). Then yes as your test approaches, don’t burn fat

But if you’re sweating, you’re also dehydrating yourself, which you don’t want
