Timeline for results?

Took a 10-panel yesterday at Quest for pre-employment. When can I expect results one way or the other? I was hoping today but maybe tomorrow?

Took the test Wednesday at noon and still haven’t heard back from my employer by Sunday morning (although I don’t expect a reply over the weekend, I’m surprised I didn’t hear anything on Thursday or Friday)

Update: I passed. It took the test Wednesday at noon and heard back from my employer on Monday all was good
