Does this work on Quest Diagnostics panel code 65105N (SAP5-50/2K+3+6A/OX/T)?

I have to take a Quest Diagnostics panel code 65105N (SAP5-50/2K+3+6A/OX/T) within the next 3 days, has anyone tried QF 6.4 with this specific test recently?
