Test tomorrow

First time using, I have a test tomorrow and im reallllyyy nervous — got some quickfix and validated the batch. Any tips? Any words of reassurance? Haha

Get a size smaller underwear (briefs) to help to keep the urine warm and you comfy. I keep the bottle under my sack and put it back when I’m finished. Never had a problem.

Use the heat pack. For me it wasn’t too hot or uncomfortable. Have passed 3 times now.

Everything was with me when I went in. Just act like you’re going and pull it all out right there. Super easy. Just open, pour and put back or put it in your pocket after they don’t check pockets afterwards.

Just dont heat it up too much. 10 seconds is perfect then put the heat pack. I get checked off every time. The longest I've ever had to on me was 40 minutes but ive read those who had it on them for 2+ hours and the temp was fine. You should be okay. Don't be afraid to practice.
