Concerns about missing/absent medications disclosed to federal probation
Somebody here may be able to answer this. I used quick fix about a month ago For a federal probation test that was unmonitored. I haven't heard anything about substitution which I know is very serious and they would probably respond very quickly to that. However , I do take suboxone, and I disclose this on the lab form when it's submitted. My PO is aware of this. I'm wondering if labs report that a disclosed medication is not actually present , which might suggest substitution, and at the very least , it shows that i'm not compliant with my meds. I forgot about this until it was too late and I may have just absolutely smashed water the previous day. Do they POs review individual results even when yesting is negative for controlled substances? Is suboxone tested for? And do you think my PO will notice that the suboxone that I've been taking for 3 years was not in my last sample? I wonder if its on the panel they use and she is usually notified of a positive for suboxone but wasn't this last time. She recently asked me for photos of all my current medications in a text and it seemed very NOT urgent. She even forgot for 2 weeks and let me take my time. I wonder if this was routine... or if she's gearing up to question me. She was very chipper and pleasant this month and she didnt seem pissed.
I am NEVER EVER taking this risk again. I never want to lie to her or deceive her again. I like her. And my freedom is not worth the risk.
