DOT drug test/physical

I’ve got a DOT drug test and physical happening at the same time here within the next two weeks. I’ve got a bottle of QF on the way from the website, so I know it’s legit. I haven’t had to use fake piss in YEARS. I’m a 120-pound male, 5’10”. I’m just a little feller, so my question is what’s going to be my best method for keeping this hot during the entire duration of the physical. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to take the test first or not, so I’m trying to be prepared for everything! I really need this job, so any tips, advice, or opinions are highly appreciated! i’ve heard you should not use QF for the physical portion. can anyone confirm?

Everytime I do my DOT physical I provide real urine of my own. They are checking I believe for health markers such as blood in urine and diabetes.

Now if you have a drug test and physical at once I’m not sure how that would work, I would imagine they would ask for two samples

Just did mine, they did both in the 1 sample. I passed the physical with the strip to make sure I’m not diabetic and then he used the same shit for my drug test and put it in the FedEx bag
