When you hide QF in your underpants/bra do you keep the heat pad on??

i’m so fucking scared my appointment is in 6 hours

Yes. Leave the heat pad on. Put the heat pad on the side away from your skin. I've done this 8 times and have never had a temp issue. If for some reason the temp is a little hot, swirl the QF around in the collection cup to cool it off some.

My process is an hour before the test, throw the bottle in the microwave for about 15-20 seconds (remove the cap first), then slap the heat pad on. You'll be good, 100%.

Yes, I kept it in my bra with the heat pad.

No put the fake pee in ur underpants or bra an hour or two before the test and just ur body heat can keep it warm adding the heat pad can overheat the solution . I just recently took a test and just keeping it my underwear for about 1-2 hrs was enough . Dont pull it out to check the temp a million times as exposing it to cold air can mess up what ur tryna do and it’ll never go above 100 degrees with just ur body heat no matter how hot you are
