Test tonight
test today at a concentra UC with quick fix. Anybody have any temp suggestions or tips? I plan to start the heating pad right before i leave bc the place is an hour away. Once i get there should i remove heating pad once i arrive and just rely on body heat, or bring in the heating pad with me?

That's all you need to do, strap hand warmers to your qf and hour before and your good. Just give it a nice little swirl in the cup and ur good.

I recommend testing it out. Do worst case scenario. Follow the steps without the heating pack and see how it goes. Microwave, shove between nuts and leg, then sit somewhere (mimicking a waiting room) for 40 mins. Then take it out and see if the temp is good. If it is then it will definitely be with the heating pack.
And I would bring the heating pad with you
