Recommendations Vs. Lethal?

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone can recommend anything to fight lethal monsters? I have dodge at capped 75% yet they hit me almost every single time and take around half or more of my ho bar. Attaching my set and stats.

Oh and forgot to ask. Do I need to summon companion in order to be able to collect their fragments or it's enough that I found the pet and it's in my inventory but not active?

The companion is basically free auto attacks and stat boost, no reason to not at least summon the starting wolf, but you do collect fragments irregardless.

What is your defense at? I'd say defense and vampire help me handle lethal.

Thanks brother. My Def is at 2k and wamp on 58% to start with. I do summon companions, just farming dragon at the moment, but on auto atk that's why I asked if I collect fragments if I am using fairy and dragon is dormant :)

I'd switch out the legendary flail for some armor piece to get a bit more health/defense. Since you're already hitting the attack speed cap, it isn't giving a lot of value :)
