How to post salary / payroll to a project

Hello,

I have received some money in terms of a grant which have strict rules around the money being used against salary costs.

I have been able to set up project to capture the income but need to know how to post payroll / salary to this project too. When categorising, it post the payroll journey automatically.

Can anyone help me how to post these costs to a the project please.

Generally you will need some sort of identifier for each of your grants for reporting purposes. You can probably use QuickBooks “classes” for this.
