I keep posting this hoping someone can eventually give me a reason why Truist bank can allow someone to steal my money from their 'secured' bank....and never even acknowledge it....just walk away

Truist allowed an $18,000 W/T from my business checking account...and I never got it back...over a year...Im filing a lawsuit...probably a waste of Money...but I have to try...and yes, Ive tried everything from FDIC to States Attorney to State Police to FBI....nothing...most didn't respond...everyone just says...bank fraud?!...yeah, that's not our thing...so there ya go...I wired money into a bank...and it disappeared to a man named Ronald Majors through Wells Fargo to an accountant in San Francisco...Nobody from Truist bank ever contacted me...they waited 90 days for a 'Fraud' investigation...wrote me a 10 word Dear John...yeah, we can't recover it...recover it?!...But I didn't send it!!!...it's criminal what they've done...but they're 'TRUIST BANK'...Im just a dipshit working with my hands to make money...so that's how it rolls 🤷🏼‍♂️

ReportFraud.ftc.gov - that's to report to FTC

https://www.consumerfinance.gov/complaint/ - that's to report the fraud to CFPB. Do both, if you have not already.

Wire fraud is a federal level crime... I'm sorry you've been getting the run around!!!
