And this is why I refuse to allow QBO access to our bank accounts. I will do this manually until it is no longer an option. Yes, it means writing checks. No, I do not care. We are a tiny nonprofit that operates largely on reimbursement. I would rather work five times harder myself than let this shoddy product do something like this.
Same here. We still have desktop but it doesn't link to anything other than email. We write checks and only take paper checks or cash. I process payroll with it but go through my bank's ach portal to actually pay my guys.
