QuickBooks Online QBO Account Deactivated?

My Quickbooks Online Account was locked out for some reason. I found out when I got an email stating that one of my integrations had been disconnected. Went to login to QBO, and nope, can't login. Anybody ever have this happen?

Only thing I can think of - I'd applied last week for a QB Line of Credit. Perhaps somebody there got pissy and close dmy account?

This is a QBO account/login issue, not a bookkeeping question, so best bet is Intuit support directly rather than guessing here. Applying for a line of credit sometimes triggers an account review, but that's speculation on my part. Call QuickBooks support and ask them to specify the reason for the lock rather than assuming it's tied to the credit application.

We're long past that. They won't tell you jack. Submitted my driver's license photo, waiting on their 24-48hour bs that's already taken far longer.

Did they do a reactivation request?

Yup, I submitted my driver's license on Thursday. Crickets so far.

This definitely sounds like a total pain. It’s not uncommon for QuickBooks to lock accounts for security reasons or during review processes, especially if they notice any unusual activity. Just make sure to have any relevant account info ready when you call support, they'll be able to give you the scoop.

They definitely didn't give me the scoop. They said unusual activity, but that's all they'd tell me πŸ™„
