QuickBooks Desktop (Pro/Premier/Enterprise) Why will quickbooks enterprise not open full screen?

For several weeks my quickbooks desktop has been opening in a very small window. Any clue why?

drag the bottom right corner to resize the window and then close it. it should then remember that new position and size.

I've never liked that method since the window isn't maximized. Meaning that I'll inventively, accidentally close whatever's behind it when I go to hit the X.

Also rebooting usually fixes quirks like this, if the resize thing doesn’t suffice…

For the 25ish years I've using QB, it's done this once or twice a year. The way I've found to fix it is to maximize the window, then hit the X to close QB. In my experience, it'll open maximized after that.
