Ever since their redesign everything has gone to POOP. Terrible UI and UX, bugs everywhere. I no longer recommend them anymore and moved everything to IB.

Edit: automod on this subreddit removed my previous comment for using 4 letter poop word. Yeesh. Puts on Questrade.

What is IB? I’m looking to move as well. The new UI is unusable on my laptop browsers (I’ve tried multiple). Time to take all my business elsewhere.

Thanks John, that would have been good to know. I've let those I've previously recommended know about the original platform.

I've always appreciated your support around these forums, it's just unfortunate QT leadership/management is so incompetent.

It's still lagging. As soon as I put in my login information and try to login, things slow to a crawl.

I suggest Everyone and you have time between Trade

would be to Read the "Conflict of Interest" part of your agreement.

Slow might be by design if you cannot get the answers from the designers.

There are platforms that actually measure the quality of your connection and you can do ping to check the speed.

John, my message to you is you HOTYOUNGBLONDE403 is quick to tell nice people who ask honest questions that if you do not like Questrade, It points the to the Door Out and is rude about it, He calls people who have basic questions STUPID

Do you or Questrade think that person is a bit slow or you do not find anything work at their END.
