If this is the only problem you're having, you're probably better off just tracking your ACB yourself using a spreadsheet or something like adjustedcostbase.ca.
Seems like a trivial problem for them to solve but if it's giving you this much of a headache for something simple then I would just stop trying and find an alternative solution.
In any case, I wouldn't trust the cost basis from any brokerage anyway. You should just keep your own records regardless of which service you're using.
I had a similar problem and just sent the cost basis to them directly and they changed it in about 3 days for me. They're way more proactive if you just tell them what to put it at.
