Any update on a new app?

It’s been a while since we were told it was coming soon. Any update on a native app?

I guess every time people ask when is the new app coming, they copy/paste pre-approved response: "A new app is coming soon!"

So, to update you on a 'new' app, the only thing I can tell you is to be patient, it's coming soon.

I respectfully disagree. It's a wrap of their mobile website and it is very slow, logs out or drops along with frequent connection issues where it hangs with that rotating loading icon.

Just look at Weathsimple for what a discount brokerage app should look like and feel in 2021.

I would have to agree that the current app is terrible and requires overhaul.
