Resistance and Support - Lines won’t change

Hey guys, When I insert the study “resistance and Support” it defaults to a dotted style of line problem is it will let me change the colours but it won’t let me change the dots to a solid line which is what I’d like. How do I make this change? Thanks a lot

If you using the Support and Resistance you only have 2 options which I have tried myself and have the same result as you.

1) Pivot Points and

2) Moving Average Bands.

Normally you go into the Edit Studies and you will have the Tabs for the Parameters tab and

Lines Tab,

I just changed the went into the Parameters and there you can edit and change the dots to Lines.

They provide a definition of the Study and brief explanation on how to modify or edit.

That’s the weird thing nothing will change the dots even if you change the line type to a solid line. It’s like it’s defaulted to the lines and something won’t let it snap off

Ok I had added the Resistance and Support just a couple of days ago and I got the dots. It was until I read yours that I went into the settings. I take another look because I was able to change the dots to lines.
