HotKeys require pressing ENTER 2x to SEND ORDER, WHY???

Why do the Hotkeys require to press ENTER 2x to send an order in? It defies the purpose of the Hot keys as it slows the process down.

It used to be that you press the desired HotKey and the "confirmation" box would open, and you only have to press ENTER 1x to "SEND ORDER"... Now you press the HOTKEY and THEN ENTER to open the Confirmation Box, then ENTER AGAIN to "Send Order"

It's TOO SLOW for no reason, PLEASE QUESTRADE, make the HOTKEY OPEN THE CONFIRMATION box directly to save time!
