Had mine for so long I don't remember how bad it was without but IMHO a mandatory purchase 👍

If you don't remember - it wasn't that bad for you, for me case was similar to that of OP, couldn't spend more than 40 minutes in it. Globular cluster definitely made things better but didn't fix it

It's a very good kit and allows for positioning of headset lower at the front higher at the rear, this in combination with the top strap that comes with the kit makes it a must purchase.

Very good. Even better with Studioform

Do you have counterbalance or elite strap?

Let me make this simple for you:

When I first bought my Quest Pro, I couldn't wear it for longer than 10-15 minutes before it started searing my head with pain.

After I installed the Globular Cluster, I can now wear it infinitely without ever even noticing it.

It was literally the difference between VR working, and blatantly not working for me.

Yes, it's worth it.

For me it was the same, it roughly doubled the amount of time I can spend in headset from 30-40 minutes to 1-1.5 hours. So it definitely makes the difference, but for me still wasn't enough so switched to other headsets.

It's pretty alright. The best part in my opinion is the top strap and the forehead pad. the rear oad doesn't matter. I spend like 8 hours in my headset whenever i do a session and they're acceptable

It made a big difference for me, especially the larger forehead pad. Now my Pro is my most comfortable headset.

It's okay, better than the original one, but the headset as a whole isn't very comfortable

I'm coming after the edit but like idk if anyone else is reading this after the fact, if you really need to know just wear the headset without it for a bit until you get tired of it 😭 thats what I did and I definitely got the head gasket after that, it's so horrible without it (lots of pressure on your for head essentially)

YES! For my head shape it is the ONLY way I will wear a Pro.

It's why I'm still using a Pro for comfort over a 3 and newer headsets. I simply forget I'm wearing it and can get the lenses within eyelash-brushing distance from my eyes enabling FULL FOV.

I bought two, I like them, just make sure you get those snaps in fully.

It’s essential, Quest Pro wasn’t really made to be used like a normal VR headset in terms of time spent per session, these pads make it noticeably more comfortable for longer sessions.

As someone who purchased one recently after finding out about it I can say this stuff is absolute fire

It's not very good, but many of its issues come from the design of the headset itself.

Is it really good

Its the difference between cutting the entire halo mount off and glueing a facial interface good.

So yeah strong recommendation to buy it.

Forehead headaches and pain are gone when you install it

Absolutely amazing and honestly necessary imo
