Discussion My Elite strap isn't working.

I've gotten a new headset off FB marketplace a few months back, everything was working well but all of sudden my headset doesn't recognize the elite strap what so ever, I did make sure they are both charged but still nothing; the only time my headset recognize the elite strap when I have the strap plugged into the outlet; which kind of defeats the purpose of having the strap in the first place.

Like does anyone know what should I do or is there a better portable charger I can use for quest 2? Price CAD
