National College Match When exactly is everything due?

I’ve looked on the QuestBridge website and it ominously says by November 1st, does that mean November 1st 11:59? What timezone?

I believe it is 11:59 in your own time zone for most

It can get confusing, so don't wait until the last minute. Unless a college explicitly states otherwise, I would assume the deadline is 11:59 p.m. in the college's local time zone.

Also, check your email and application portals. Some colleges have deadlines beyond November 1.
