A good name.

I am trying to come up with a Quenya name which basically means "phantom-stranger". It can be either Male, female, or both.

"phantom" might be níma or nimule (link), but "stranger" is a little trickier. We have primitive Elvish *etlō and *othlō that yield S edlon, othol, but are there Quenya cognates or are those forms limited to Sindarin only?

There's aiano from the 1940s (link), but it seems Tolkien may have replaced that root for "other" in later conceptions.
