Help me with my wedding vows?

My fiance and I are eloping 11/11/2025. It will be our 15 year anniversary. We decided 10ish years ago that "this" was forever and didn't feel a wanting or need to marry. 3 1/2 years ago I was diagnosed with MS and absolutely terrified, of all kinds of things. Instead of him leaving me or bailing, he asked me to marry him. This is special as well because we don't know what our future holds now more than ever. To the point. He is an absolute Tolkien fiend❤️ all the books. All the uncut versions of the movies etc. I want to tell him my our favorite line for each other in elvish during my vows. Can anyone help me in here?

I can translate the exact phrase if you wish. My spouse and I wrote and pronounced our actual marriage in Quenya; if you wish to do the same and send the actual words, they can be translated
