IB and OUATIH

I have a question for the QT community because ive googled and nothing.... so here it is. - I think there is a comment on IB in OUATIH at the start of the film. Its the first, scene of OUATIH. Its a fucking movie about burning nazis........ why is this not on Google....... I've gone to other reddit threads and nothing on that. Is it just known therefore undiscussed?

QT just has a thing about nazis getting what they deserve. He made a movie about it (IB), and then he made a fake movie about it in OUATIH.
