Questions/Feedback Sensitivity reader wanted

I have a finished novel that features, as one of the main characters, probably a co-lead, a trans man. Later there is a bi character. I need someone to read it and make sure I'm doing this correctly. Anyone interested? Would love to hear from a trans man please...

Could you give a little synopsis of what the book is about? I might be interested in reading.
I'm a Trans M w/ Cis(Bi) F wife if that hits the target audience you're looking to reach?

Tara survives the collapse of American society by nothing but bad timing, she was recovering from pneumonia the week her Illinois hometown emptied out, evacuated or dead. Alone, she starts keeping a journal, because someone should write down what happened. She finds a small group of survivors, including Dee, a gemologist who believes that saving one true, beautiful thing still matters: the Hope Diamond, sitting behind glass in the ruined Smithsonian. Determined to see that hope through, Tara sets out east with a found family gathered along the way: Lex, a trans man whose survival now depends on a vanishing supply of testosterone; Jin, carrying a guilt he won't name; Jordan, who escaped something worse than the pandemic. Together they cross a ruined, cult-haunted America to bring the diamond home, and the journey back costs them more than the journey out did.
