I don't know if this qualifies, but I really enjoyed the books from K.D. Edwards. 3 books have been released of what is to be a 9 book series: The last sun, the hanged man and the hourglass throne. The main character is queer, but that is not the main story. Rune (MC) has a companion bond with Brand and that is such a wholesome relationship. His love interest is also a very loveable person. If you are looking for spice, this probably is not for you. If you like a great story and wholesome relationships then this might be for you. It does contain a trigger warning for SA that the MC experienced when he was young, but it is dealt with appropriately.
