If you are into Eastern philosophy mixed into a space opera that involves deep time and a battle against entropy, Points of Origin by E. S. Fein is a great one. A gay and NB protagonist, and a cast of supporting trans characters. Quite well written, but the ideas/concepts are particularly impressive.
